Tai Chi will change the way you live your life for the better.

“There is no mystique to Tai Chi Chuan. What is difficult is the perseverance. It took me ten years to discover my chi, but thirty years to learn how to use it. Once you see the benefit, you won’t want to stop.”

– Ma Yueh Liang

“As long as one has three square feet of space, one can take a trip to paradise and stay there to enjoy life for thirty minutes without spending a single cent.”
– Master T.T. Liang ”Tai Chi Chuan for Health and Self Defense”

Learning Tai Chi & Chi Kung

Want to learn Tai Chi and Chi Kung and benefit from a centered and strong mind, body and spirit? Then Riddlersend is the place for you. We live in a stressful and demanding world, with ever increasing demands on what seems an ever decreasing amount of time and energy. Riddlersend is a site dedicated to offer you a variety of ways to help combat the stress, worry and feelings of not coping with what life throws at you. This website will outline how tai chi and chi kung can benefit you in your search for relaxation, physical wellbeing and clarity of thought. Ask yourself:-

Then you need Chi Kung to build strength and strong Chi energy and Tai Chi to move the Chi around the body, and energising every part of your body relaxing the mind. Starting Tai Chi and Chi Kung, persevering with the training process you will bring yourself into the moment mentally and control your body in a detailed and relaxed way. This brings great rewards to mind, body and spirit, bringing all three parts into balance.

Remember -You don't need to feel exhausted to get physical benefits. You don't need to exercise to loud music and beat the floor with your feet either. Generalised body movements will never give the physical and mental benefits of the controlled and co-ordinated movements of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. It may look easy and beautiful to watch, but don't be fooled, it requires a great deal of mental and physical control to make it look smooth and focused. Why not have a go in one of my classes?
