CORONAVIRUS - COVID-19 CLASSES CLOSED I am sad to announce that ALL classes are being stopped for the time being due to the Coronavirus outbreak. I feel I need to take this step to protect evry one of my students, who are generally older and may have underlying conditions. I will announce when classes are due to restart. Keep doing some gentle Tai Chi and Chi Kung to help bolster the immune system and bring peace and relaxation to mind and body. Stay well and be careful.
